We have had very strong sales for SchemeServe to date, all generated organically, so the potential for a talented individual with industry contacts is huge.

Passionate Support Engineer

Insurance software support, putting customers first.

Do you know how to do great technical customer support? In the insurance or financial industry?

We're looking for someone who believes the following:
  • The customer is always right (even when they're wrong!). This means that if the customer needs help, we assume it's because we screwed up, not them; perhaps our Help Guide can be improved somewhere?
  • Support must be pro-active. This meeans finding problems before the customer does and avoiding them. Solving support tickets doesn't just mean closing them. It means making the customer happy which sometimes means going that extra mile.
  • Support materials must always be improving. This means the Help Guide, tips-and-tricks forums and tutorials are your responsibility. If recurring issues aren't covered in there, why not?

We're passionate about making our customers the happiest they can be. If you feel the same, call us right now or drop us an email.

You'll be supporting SchemeServe and AutoDebit.
